I kind of figured when I realized he didn't have boobs.But I'd do him anyway, and I'm perfectly straight. Then again, he's an ugly girl... so maybe not. I thought maybe the medical condition was one that made the girl have no boobs and be ugly. And House was about to diagnose it and be like "YEAH. I AM FUCKING GREGORY HOUSE. I KNOW EVERYTHING. LOOK AT ME." but I guess not.
