
I think the left arm needs to bulge out a bit more at the shoulder like he/she has got an actual ball socket.
Also you would need to get rid of the black line nearer the top so it looks like it's actually the same piece of fabric.

Personally I'd just square up the top of the shoulder a bit more so you've got a little bit of bulge out.
I think if you wanted the shoulder to be facing away you'd have to have the left arm pop out from behind his shoulder a bit further down and maybe lose a bit of the left wing behind his shoulder.
