*shakes a 'I know your dad fist*What makes me the angriest is the fact that these people are travelling to new countries unprepared. They're stupid and the world preys on stupid travellers. If they've not bothered to read the terms and conditions they don't know we stop taking people after 10pm. THey arrive at, say, midnight, can't get in, they're in the centre of london in the busy season. They're going to have to wander the street of London all night with all their valuable, at risk because London centre is fully booked in advance at that time of year.
They'll arrive in the morning when we open (if they haven't been stabbed, raped or robbed) to find as they didn't lost their booking and have a shite holiday staying in some shit hole coz that's the only type of place that'll have room.
