Happened the other day to me.. bought a PSP, one bad pixel, and GAME said 'sorry, not faulty'

I kicked up a fuss to their head office and they swapped it...

I work for them, sometimes whoever you deal with is an idiot, best bet is to try taking it to another nearby store.
