unless 'there's something about mary' was released under the title'Dirty Mary' in Canada, then no, not really. It's a pedantry point, but I'm fairly sure the point of the compo is to make the film from which the style is taken recognisable purely due to the style,r ather than by jamming words into the title of the subject film.
Edit: that said, it's very well done and I like it, I just don't think it's compo-y.
