surely a modern photoshop can do it?Even the GIMP can, it's called Perspective Tool. Unless I'm reading you completely wrong here.

I have a perspective tool in PSP X2but it's not got a real-time interface, you have to type in numbers until it looks right etc etc whereas I used to be able to waggle it with the mouse...

oh that seems a bit of an omission.in GIMP you just drag the corners around.
