
I'm not sure I understand the direction of this campaign either. The petition looks almost deliberately vague:
'Politics is now too important to be left to the politicians. At the next election I want to be able to cast my vote for a new parliament and a new politics.
I demand the right to be able to vote for a change…'
Clear as mud, right? What are they actually asking us to sign up to? A referendum, apparently, but on what? Proportional representation? Reform of the expenses system?
A whois query shows that voteforachange.co.uk is registered to Soapbox Communications, a 'communications agency', but it isn't clear who the client is. Could it be Brass Eye?
