Soft Cheese Surprise
Serves 3
You will need:
* 10ml orange juice
* 3 oysters
* 110g soft cheese
* 150g mince
* 50g lard
Instructions:
1. whisk the mince
2. toast the lard
3. heat the mince in the saucepan
4. sauté the orange juice
5. throw the lard away
6. put the orange juice in the fridge to set
7. fry the oysters until browned
8. whisk the mince
9. slice the soft cheese
10. put everything in the blender
