Trouble I have is that some people take huge swathes of handrolland think that the bin is just not good enough for them so put it in the toilet because they have the brain power of a dead stupid person with a labotomy.
Sadly due to the lack of cognitive activity when they fush the water rises to the top of the bowl and the obvious solution is to flush again.
The one I just had to clean up must have been about 5 flushes. The water went out of that toilet and past two shower cubicles!
