the shitters blocked in my new flat again. the bloody shitpipe goes into a 1 inch pipe without a maccerator or whatever, and the shop round the corner only sells Charmin. one massive dump and its blocked.
the landlord has pissed off to bulgaria for a week, so i'll have to do it myself.

You are entitled by law to proper sanitation. You can get a plumber in and bill the landlord.
If you don't do it properly the landlord can then get a professional in and charge you.

and think that the bin is just not good enough for them so put it in the toilet because they have the brain power of a dead stupid person with a labotomy.
Sadly due to the lack of cognitive activity when they fush the water rises to the top of the bowl and the obvious solution is to flush again.
The one I just had to clean up must have been about 5 flushes. The water went out of that toilet and past two shower cubicles!
