It would be one of those 'interracial buddy' movies like Rush Hour or The Man.A tough-talking streetwise black cop must go undercover in the world of quantity surveying, his only ally a bumbling civil servant. There'd be friction at first, but soon they'd realise that their common ground outweighs their cultural differences.
