I've fallen asleep with mine in, and I had to flush them with saline solution. The were a bit uncomfotatble to remove...the worst Ive done, was getting in late, removing the left, then the right, forgetting I've just removed the left, and pulling at the conjunctiva a few time before I realise what I'm doing. Christ, remembering that makes me ill...
