The plant in the background is soft pencil on teabagged (fnar) paper,Then the colour is mainly from another second of teabagged paper.
The wood-grain texture to the right is from some printmaking I did, as is the overall background texture, you can see that easier to the top right of the image.
Then the little tree in the bottom left is scanned in from tracing paper.
The main picture in the middle was drawn by hand then traced over and shaded in Photoshop :]
