# The stuff defies reasoning as we know it
But serves it's purpose when you wake up in an unfamiliar household and that is the only jar staring back at you from a the dark recesses of a kitchen. I will not say I enjoy the stuff, but when faced with such a situation, and some descent wholemeal bread, your day can get going
