# we call them 'boozy' trifles
they are very nice - we do a non boozy one for the kids/drivers etc. at Christmas party's.

as she's a caterer, she makes them quite a lot.

for some reason, catering companies always use the custard trifle. (schools factory's etc) For why I have no idea as I hate custard.
