The primary rainbow had 'horns' and a concentric secondary rainbow.

Didn't appear to be a complete circle but then, didn't really check. Would be cool if it was though, those things are RARE.
Edit : might be parhelia (sun dogs) around the sun, with a circumzenithal arc above.
