# For the last umpteen years I have been having cluster migraines.
Since going to my chiropractor I haven't had any. Honestly nobody was more surprised than me. I was the world's biggest sceptic especially as x-rays & other tests hadn't shown anything wrong with my head or neck.

# Blimey!
Small world indeed. I'll watch that youtube later as well. Has chiropractic helped you with yours at all?

# the chiro, no, that was mainly for spinal problems and a dodgy hip I have
the acupuncture has been the most effective in coping through the clusters. Not a remedy by any means, but it makes them slightly less potent when they happen

# When I started chiro
At the consultation stage he asked me some general questions about headaches and when I told him about the cluster migraines to be fair he did say that he may be able to help relieve them but not stop them. But I can now honestly say I have only had one real bout in the last six months which is amazing to say the least. I would touch wood if I were superstitious after saying that
