edit - and now I think about it, I've been on that line and had a bonkers crazy journey trying to get to St Reatham. The other two people in my carriage (on the wrong train) were very helpful, but were both deaf and mute, which didn't help to speed things up!
edit 2 - but how come the 9:20 hasn't arrived yet? :O)
