Seriously funny baking incident happened to me on Saturday;
I was making buns (or cupcakes as the Yanks call them) on Saturday with the kids (helping me, not using them as ingredients) and I wondered why the mixture was a little thicker than normal
they were a little flat, but edible...
...turns out I'd only used one egg instead of two
