I never went there for treatment myself, thankfully. thankfully.Though my dad was in there for most of my first 10 years and in those days children weren't allowed in the adult wards so all my memories are of sitting on the fire escape in the cold and rain.
My school was on Thorne Road too but I liked that mostly so I do have some good memories of Donny. I don't think it's a school anymore though.
