I dunno what you used to make it, but try making the image smaller then see if there are any "optimise" settings for the GIF (like "lossy" and reduce the number of colours etc)
You could also reduce the number of frames - it looked like there was a lot. Optimising images is always depressing work, but necessary I'm afraid. Good luck!
