Budget Cuts. All projects start out wonderful until the accounts weenies step in and point out you've only got 3 Estonian pingus to spend. Show us how things might look if they had had to be made on the cheap - stick your photoshops on the board.

# Quick and dirty
The Angel of the North is Britain's largest and most impressive sculpture. It stands near the A1 in Gateshead in the North East of England, marking the southern entry to Tyneside and on the edge of the Great North Forest. It towers 20 metres over it's hilltop landscape and has a wing span of 20(ish) metres. Commissioned by Gateshead Council, the Angel was created by internationally renowned sculptor, Antony Gormley. The original sculpture was to be made from 200 tonnes of steel. However its actually made of 20 tonnes, as some cunt pulled the funding at the bloody last minute, didnt he? The Angel has attracted world-wide attention since it was assembled on site in February 1998.
