Budget Cuts. All projects start out wonderful until the accounts weenies step in and point out you've only got 3 Estonian pingus to spend. Show us how things might look if they had had to be made on the cheap - stick your photoshops on the board.

Well computer graphic FX for movies cost too much nowadays
Why not use ZX-Spectrum? It's fast and easy.

Hello, I'm new. I've never animated anything before and neither has my son.
The other day, I decided to learn how to make an animated gif, and my 11 year old son decided to learn how to use Photoshop.
This is his effort. It's based on The Matrix, apparently...
