It's cut, cut, cut. The Coalition are saving money everywhere they can by cutting back on everything they can. Where will it end? Use Photoshop to reveal all.

The NHS taking the brunt of the cuts
This is a slight cheat as I don't think the cuts actually affect the NHS but I made this. :)

In a bizarre twist, cuts mean no more photoshop. Ah for the days of paint...
Although the paint in windows 7 did ditch the blockier style i was looking forward too :(
