It's a genuine sign near the entrance to the Central outpatients' department at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire in Stoke-on-Trent.

homeopathetic sugar pills anybody?

tastes like sucrose to me.
Of course, the last thing it came into contact with was a cationic resin to purify it (of which there is none left) so would this cure us of cationic resin poisoning? (the symptoms of which are probably very limited.)
