Earth's population has reached seven billion, which is rather too much. This week's challenge is to devise a solution to reduce the numbers, using only the power of Photoshop.

By the way...
If anyone can help me reduce this to a reasonable size (without it turning into a morass of pixels) I would appreciate the help. MSPaint isn't terribly good for such things and 'tis the best I have at present.

Eliminate the other CO2 producers. Their body heat is melting the icecaps too.
