I've been working on this afternoon, and I must say I'm rather pleased with the results,
although there aren't enough different shades of grey duct tape to do it properly.
No paper involved, but lots of glue and scissors.

Apologies for the crapness of the photo, had to use my phone.

It's made from 100% duct tape, and has lots of room inside.

The resulting folded piece is then viewed from a high angle / then low angle.

I can only guess that people in the UK have seen (or done) a similar thing with paper currency?
