It's William Shatner's birthday - he'll be 77 on 22 March - and despite a brilliant career as actor and singer, he's never topped the series that made his name: Star Trek. So 'shop the Trek. For William.

In this scene (cut from the fourth season episode "The Gift") Ensign Boris consults with Seven of Nine regarding her dietary requirements.
Ensign Boris ,a native of the planet Jumji, graduated Starfleet academy in 2370 with a first-class honour in sandwich making. He was assigned to the Starship Voyager in 2371 shortly before it's disappearance.
Although his Degree in sandwich-making made him a more qualified chef than Neelix, his knowledge of bio-neural circuitry systems meant he was assigned to maintain the computer core. Although this was a much more vital area of the ship, it also meant he was rarely seen on-screen.
Try looking out for him on the bridge in the third season episode "Blood Fever".
