Cheer Up Tony Hart (This challenge is now closed)
The great Tony Hart has had to give up drawing after two strokes, poor chap. Let's cheer him up with a "Gallery"-themed compo.

Part 1..... now the waiting
I've filled in a 10 Downing St petition to make this happen. As soon as I get confirmation
(or denial) of the petition I shall add the link so you can all sign up.
As well as a Gallery being named after him I've suggested they play the theme tune too :)
