A friend recommended the show on Friday and I've been wasting the gorgeous weekend weather since. I must confess, it shocked my lilly white liberal sensibilities to the core. I'm not sure what to say about it really.

This is a normal post I thought everyone knew about this show?
This is the BEST thing EVER on TV.

It certainly helps watching from the first series to understand that Uncle Ruckus is actually a white racist with a skin condition.

There are just so many brilliant characters in the show. It all spring out of a comic strip written for the newspapers. Brilliant social comedy.

Series 4 was the last one... just finished showing in the US of A. All seasons available from a torrent site near you.... (Or You Tube seems to have a lot of them)

It would scare the hell out of the Daily Mail - they just wouldn't know what to do with this show!
