You don't even get that high on weed, though.
Now if it was LSD or MDMA you'd have an argument, although I think everyone should be allowed to use exactly as many drugs as they feel inclined to, whenever they feel like, weed being the most inoffensive and lightweight of the series of drugs, inducing only a mild stoning that functions a lot like coffee for well-acquainted users.
