This is a normal post Hollow points are the responsible choice in a crowd setting.
But unless he is in Paris, I doubt he can legally possess a fully automatic rifle.

As an aside, it is funny when people call them "assault" rifles, as if they had inherent power to act.

It's to differentiate them from simple hunting rifles. Which is funny cos a rifle can't hunt.
