
was left some dumbbells on the landing. Lifted them a few times each time I passed, or some squats etc.
It becomes habit and takes next to no time, so you don't get too bored.
You start seeing results and makes you want to do more.
voila, got down to 9 and a half stone last year, but up to 10 stone and a bit now.
