Yeah it can.
Because uniqueness has to be in relation TO something.
E.g. The Queen is unique, in being the only head of state of the commonwealth, but she is also not unique, in being one of billions of women.
So, if you can find someone, or something, which is unique in relation to MANY things, they can be said to be very unique.
