Yeah - he's in the passenger seat
Reminds me of a couple from the village I grew up in. The wife was about the size of the bloke in the video. The husband was skinny as a rake. If you looked at their car when it was parked on level ground you could see the permanent damage to the shocks on one side. Must have made taking left hand corners easy.
