She is absolutely right
We should disband the police because they are the cause of all crime and death in America. We'll still be safe though because there will be a community solution to the rare remaining occasional crime. Probably along the lines of a group of specially training people with special powers to keep all the rest in line. Obviously you'll have to arm them because all the citizens have guns, give them a uniform so people can recognise them. Yep, definitely getting rid of the police will solve this problem.
