Looks to me like the type that might have tried to win a race on sports day, and suceeded. Put him on a list.

He doesn't talk much, I'll grant you
But he replies to comments on his channel very politely. And at least when he turns up at his old primary school he'll only have a sling. And judging by the video on that, if the youngsters scatter they'll be home free.
