If she is infertille, thusly no periods I assume...
How can you be both bloody and grateful?

She still menstruates.
But she has PCOS which means the chances of her becoming pregnant are next to nil. We save a fortune on birth control!
...and I don't need to worry about catching my peehole on anything.

All is fine and good then.
You too can leave the hotel bed looking like you butchered a goat in it.
I find that leaving a crudely draw pentagram with the overflow on the head board and/or ceiling is a good way for the staff not to ask questions or management demand a cleaning supplement at check out.
Edit:
Checked out PCOS, fuck, I hope she is ok, not a benign thing.

Yeah she's all good :)
It has the handy side effect of making her slightly more masculine in all the good ways. Good at DIY, loves gory movies, mouth like a sailor and absolutely impossible to offend.
The meds stop her from growing a beard and we don't need to worry about creating hybrids of each other. Win/win!
