Ten second attention span... - you get ten seconds of the question being answered (in a roundabout way that includes chocolate cake) before he veers off to talking about how clever the missiles are...
(and on that subject - didn't one of them malfunction and was detonated over the sea mid-flight? ...i'd want my $1.5mil back from Raytheon for that one...)
