No, because they, like all politicians turned it into a vehicle to reward donors and their districts.
Makes them look like complete morons because they passed out like 38 Ocare repeal bills while Obama was in office and this reveals that they didn't do it to undo a bad mistake, but rather for political points. Again, idiots.

well, I disagree with both your analysis of obamacare, which though far from perfect. did allow millions who were denied insurance to get it, and your reasons for Trumpcares failure
which was essentially a few rebulicans congressmen in close races fearing the backlash and losing their elections despite what were probably pretty strong inducements from incredibly well-funded lobbiest-backed republicans
