Well, in truth, I think the entire human race should be sterilized and left to trundle into extinction.
We've royally fucked it up for ourselves, and we're only getting worse at it. But I'm fair, so the least I can do is suggest that benefits leeches, the chronically unemployed and the mentally retarded are prohibited from reproducing.
