So is he suggesting that these videos are being created entirely by bots? Or that it's some sort of mass, sinister conspiracy to warp fragile little minds?
I'm not sure which is least likely.
I assume they're created as a cynical attempt to get views from kids intrigued by disgusting things, or adults as a result of articles like these.
