Aye I know.. I've worked in the music industry for many a year so I know if it's stepping over the mark, for copyright issues of all kinds. It's never been an issue with the lovely daft event, as you rightly pointed out, it's only parody, done for fun and simply for charity. I've never had a problem as it's never a problem.
