Why are they all so fucking ugly?
They are truely horrible. What possible purpose would one serve other than to simulate cot death? They're the sort of thing that if I had one I wouldn't be able to take my eyes off it incase it moved

Exactly. They're realistic newborns: newborn babies are ugly.
Why do people want realistic newborn baby dolls though? The only use I can think of is pretending to distant relatives that you've just had a baby, but what to do if they want pictures later? Fake a horrible death?
