I think there was a remake of sorts on the PS1
It wasn't as cool as the 64 version though. There was about a thousand levels..You got codes after completing each level. i got to about 700.
Anyway.. never underestimate the rubber keyed 48k spectrum =]

i keep meaning to shove an arduino in this empty case i have here to make a bluetooth keyboard
but haven't got round to it yet. upgraded to a Q+ ? keyboard to type faster and seriously regret later selling the whole kaboodle on when i did as a kid. still got the old rubber key shell tho

Atic Atac was the very first home computer game i remember playing.
The sounds effects still haunt me today
