I hate this story, although it's a shame someone died and all. It just infuriates me that when someone hurts themselves by doing something that's clearly stupid, it's the company/society/someone else's fault for not informing them beforehand of how stupid it was. People have known that leaning out of train windows is daft since forever, or at least since The Young Ones, due to common sense. And the sign says "Do not lean out of the window...."
How can this be anyone's fault but her own?

They just looked for ways to stop it happening again, and saw the signs could be better, so replaced them.
