It looks like no-one has taken up the mantle this year.
There were some mutterings on the Spectrum Computing forums about which 90's web design package to use for this year's competition, but those plans never went to fruition it seems.
Mind you, 2018's competition started in a somewhat confused manner, as the 2017 host never announced a loser, so we ended up having two hosts with competing competitions for a while.
