In the scene where Walt takes a ride-along with Hank, and sees Jessie escaping from the first-floor bedroom window of the neighbourhood cougar, the TV execs felt it necessary to blur out the woman's nipples.
Apparently, American audiences are totally capable of witnessing a body being decomposed in an acid bath, numerous counts of gun violence and a man having his throat sliced open with a Stanley knife, but a pair of tits are out of the question.

Apparently they are considered to be sexual organs
Maybe having multiple time zones plays a part, more difficult to have a 'watershed'
