I always thought the lighted aerosols ban in Live and Let Die was due to it being aimed at an animal
I remember the Rambo knife stir in the press and also playing with shuriken in a friend's back garden. We both thought it was cool when you threw them at wooden doors as they'd stick right in; though not so cool when throwing one and it went over a wall into a neighbour's garden thankfully without ending embedded in the neighbour.
