Unlikely to be feral, could be a pregnant stray queen [risqué joke here]
RSPCA, local shelters, local vets possibly and check lost cat stuff online. I found a cat last year and a friend found the owner on farcebook.
Having said that, we don't know it doesn't belong to a neighbour and is just bloody greedy.

Lots of farms around and uncaring people.
Young cats tend to turn up here or I get given them.
